The body style remained the same between 1967 and 1969. Most Camaro's came with a stock 327 V-8 engine. Optional 350 c.i. and 396 c.i. engines were also availalbe. Chevy offered a 2 speed Powerglide automatic transmission or a 4 speed manual transmission. In addition to the standard body style the Camaro offered a RS and SS body trim package. These trim packages included sports features like rally rims, real spoiler, upgraded interior and more. In 1969 Chevy introduced it's mots popular Camaro, the Z28. With a high performace 302 c.i engine the Z28 instantly became the muscle car of choice in the late 60's. Today a Z28 can sell for as much as $75,000.
